Grapefruit Beer? I wish I didn't have to buy a six pack to taste it...might need a road trip to brewery for the tasting room at the end of the tour. They have a lot more seasonal it seems than they used to have.

Trust us on this one: If you can find a six-pack, buy it. You will not be disappointed.

This Beer is very good on a hot day, hell it's good on a cool day. I first tried this last year and was very surprised at how good it tasted. The great thing about it is that These yahoos in Ne. seem to Love Shiner Beer so you can get it at most of the bigger supermarkets. It's a small way i can get a bit of Texas while i am stuck in this land of cornsuckers, the things we do for the sake of money and work.I will pop open a few today while i am smoking a brisket .

I actually bought it in Wooster, Ohio week before last. Funny how it was available there but couldn't find it in San Antonio.

Good for you. The Wurzbach HEB got it back in stock so we should be good to go for the rest of the summer. The only issue we have is being able to walk around the house.

Try not drinking it all in one day.

Was pleasantly surprised to find it last week at the lowest-tier grocery store around here. Had been looking at some of the better-quality stores, thinking they'd more likely have it, and then it was in the half-assed neighborhood chain place just half a mile from the house. Good stuff indeed, one of the best of the Shiner variations (maybe THE best).

Finally found it here in St. Louis at the new mega liquor store and the stuff is great. The place had about 5 cases and I contemplated buying them all, but grabbed 12 to begin with. I'll be back next weekend to buy a case.

It was quite pleasant, the crowd is mostly a bud light crowd though and. I liked it but I was the only one who even opened a bottle, the rest cleaned out the BL.
