Yes, I've read it. In fact an acquaintance of mine is the subject of one chapter. Pretty accurate, I'd say.

Yeah, but my wife went to grad school at Berkeley so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect, including bush man.

I just finished reading Confederates in the Attic. Interesting read. At first, I was getting a condescending outsider kinda' vibe from Horwitz, but the book ultimately proved to be fair-minded and insightful, IMO.

I'm now starting Born Fighting by Jim Webb.
