Default A fancy bourbon from Texas? Yep.

Garrison Brothers Distillery is passing something of a milestone this week, putting up its 100th barrel for aging. And Dan Garrison, has an answer to all of the arguments against his little adventure. He's confident his ultra-premium artisan bourbon - pricey, a special occasion splurge and, at first at least, available only in Texas - will be a showstopper in the high-end spirits marketplace.

But it still has some growing up to do. We hope to introduce you to Garrison Brothers Texas Bourbon™ Whiskey in 2011. We guarantee it’ll be worth the wait.

djb, thanks for identifying. Will both, Texas and Cowboy Bourbon, be released in 2011? Can't wait to start pushing this to my friends, already have most of them loving Tito's.
