Week Eight Evaluation: Case McCoy

The last time the Texas staff recruited a small school quarterback by the last name of McCoy, it worked out pretty well for the Horns. The Texas staff will now hope the theory holds true again as Case McCoy is set to sign with the Horns in February as one of two quarterback commits five years after his brother Colt inked his letter of intent. There are some striking similarities and some stark differences between the two quarterbacks but like his brother, Case McCoy showed on Friday against Brownwood he can come through when the stakes are high.
