GARLAND, Tex. – It was weird, it was sloppy and times even downright frustrating but in the end it was a win for the Garland Owls.
Garland, led by Texas commits Tevin Jackson and Adrian Phillips, used outstanding special teams play early and a tough running game late to fend off Garland Naaman Forest and an outstanding effort from Texas commit John Harris in a 21-14 win Friday night at Williams Stadium.
