In Friday's Inside Scoop I mentioned how UT's policy to not make early offers may be hurting them with a couple of elite prospects from the class of 2014. The players were cornerback Nick Watkins from Dallas Bishop Dunne and Demetrius Knox from Fort Worth All Saints.
